Why this exists
Archives begin under pressure. Many then hit a cliff: hard to sustain, and hard for others to see or support. The Lab is collaboration and sharing past that cliff.

Then the work stalls
As volume grows, context slips, teams burn out, and safer systems stay out of reach. The work is still needed, but it becomes hard to sustain and hard for supporters to find.
